Your company's assistant

Your company,
tidy.

Ask Tidy anything — or ask it to get things done. It reads every email, brings you only what needs you and quietly handles the rest.

What do we owe this week?

6 invoices, £48,600 in total. The largest is Brightwater Marine — £21,400, due Thursday. Shall I send the list to accounts?

Your inbox

Tidy reads it all. You see what matters.

In one real inbox, over 30 days:

264emails arrived
222were just notifications
7actually needed a person

Tidy finds the 7. You get your day back.

The problem

Email was never meant to run a company.

Yet that's where the work lives — buried between newsletters, reminders and receipts.

Noise

What matters disappears between notifications, newsletters and automated mail.

Scattered knowledge

Answers live in personal inboxes and chat groups. When someone is away, work stops.

Follow-up fatigue

Who's waiting on what, which invoice is paid, which document is missing — all from memory.

Fraud

Fake invoices, “our bank details have changed”, look-alike senders. One slip is expensive.

Ask Tidy

Ask. Tidy gets it done.

Tidy knows your email, customers, invoices and calendar. Ask in plain words — in the chat panel or with ⌘J.

Find anything

Answers from every email, attachment and contact.

  • Where's the signed contract from Brightwater?
  • What did Pennine Mills order last month?
  • Which invoices are overdue?

Get it done

Drafts, reminders, tasks and meetings. You approve, Tidy sends.

  • Remind me to call Tom tomorrow at 10.
  • Reply to Emma: approved, go ahead.
  • Turn this email into a task for James.

See the big picture

A customer, a week or the whole company — summed up.

  • Summarise everything with Keel & Compass.
  • What happened while I was away?
  • What's waiting on me today?
Product

An assistant, not another tool.

Tidy doesn't hand you buttons. It tells you what needs doing — and prepares it.

A morning brief that reads like a colleague

Every morning Tidy tells you what's waiting, what's due and what's risky — in plain words, at the time you choose.

Tidy07:30

Good morning, Oliver.

  • Aurora arrives 2 days late — 4 customers affected — update emails are drafted.
  • “Our bank details have changed” — Doesn't match this supplier's past invoices. Verify by phone first.
  • 2 freight quotes need you — Brightwater Marine is cheapest; payment terms are 15 days shorter.

Every email, understood

Summary, priority, dates, amounts and the next step — on every message, before you open it.

Hi Tom, thanks for the quick reply. Wednesday at 14:00 works for us — I've sent the invitation. Looking forward to it.

Security assistant

The colleague who never falls for it.

Tidy checks every email for the scams that cost companies most — and warns you before you act.

  • Look-alike domains and impersonation
  • Real link checks — shown address vs. real one
  • Sensitive data warning before you send

Brightwater Marine Our bank details have changed

Please make this week's payment to our new account: sort code 40-12-76, account number 31926819.

These bank details don't match the ones on this supplier's past 9 invoices, and the sender's domain was registered 4 days ago. Confirm by phone before paying.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to change my email provider?

No. Tidy sits on top of the email you already use — cPanel, Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox. Nothing moves.

Will Tidy send emails without asking me?

No. Tidy prepares drafts and asks first. As you start trusting it, you can let it handle more on its own — always your choice.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Personal accounts move to Free: one mailbox and daily summaries, at no cost. Business accounts are paused, never locked — everyone can still sign in and read their email, and Tidy picks up right where it left off when you subscribe.

How does Business pricing work?

You pay per seat; one seat is enough on your own. Invite colleagues on your business's email domain; outside guests such as your accountant can join with an admin's approval and take a seat. Add seats any time and pay only for the rest of the period; removed seats end with the billing period.

Is my data used to train AI?

Never. Your emails are processed to serve you and are not used to train AI models.

Where is my data stored?

On our servers in London, United Kingdom. Email bodies and attachments aren't stored — Tidy keeps summaries and reads the original from your mail server when you open it.

Which languages does Tidy speak?

Tidy reads email in most languages and replies in the language it was written in. The app speaks English and Turkish today, with more on the way.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can export or delete your account and all of its data at any time from the account menu.
