Every document in one place

Email attachments and the documents you upload gather on the Documents screen. Tidy reads each one; the same file is never stored twice and a duplicate invoice from email is marked as one.

  • Drag and drop to upload (up to 20 MB)
  • Sorted by type, company and due date automatically
  • Search inside, preview, route to the right person

This file has a double extension: it's actually a program. Don't open it.

Filters out dangerous files

Double-extension files, executables and macro documents are flagged before they're uploaded or opened. What's inside a document is clear before you look.

  • Tricks like invoice.pdf.exe are caught
  • Executable and macro files are rejected
  • Every document's versions and sharing are recorded

Never misses a date

Contract renewals, document expiry dates and invoice due dates are tracked, and Tidy warns you as they approach.

  • Expiring documents are reminded in time
  • Invoice due dates show up on Today
  • Dates go into your calendar

Pay for what you use

The document archive is an add-on. Documents you upload are always stored free; keeping copies of email attachments costs a little and you can turn it off whenever you like.

The space belongs to the workspace; on the Business plan everyone shares the same one.

Switch it off any time

If you turn off copy storage, the copies are deleted; attachments still open from your mail server.
